With 28 years of experience tinting, wrapping cars, decaling fleets, producing signs, Wayne is one of the most experienced individuals in his field operating in Dieppe / Moncton area. You could potentially call Wayne an installer but his talents and abilities as such reach much further. The spotlight Wayne’s created for himself has our clients deeply rooted in knowing the exceptional service and quality workmanship they will receive each and every time they visit.
Lex Gouzoules
Lex joined our team in 2023 as our lead graphic designer. She brings several years of experience in creating innovative, unique designs. She has extensive knowledge and skills, which are applied to design materials for a wide range of client needs. Lex designs products that can both conform to stricter company branding guidelines and appeal to more creative projects.
Colby Smet
Leading our production department, Colby is an integral part of our daily success. His dedication and artistic abilities make him successful in his position and aid in the quality work we produce and also ensure our clients receive a fast turnaround on every request.
Joe Foster
Ready to conquer the world each day after a small tea and a Bosten cream donut, Joe manages the daily ins and outs of the shop for our installers and design staff. Along with estimating and scheduling, you may find Joe installing vehicle graphics in the bay or helping design the next vehicle wrap we plan to print. With roughly 18 years' experience designing, producing and installing signs and automotive graphics, Joe’s very much a dedicated professional with a passion for marketing and print advertising.
Serge Aucoin
Owner and daily contributor, Serge is an early riser and routinely gets things done before sunrise. As mentor and source of knowledge, Serge takes on the role of guiding the team to new heights and personal growth. With over 20 years of experience in the industry from Graphic Design, Production, Installation, IT, Scheduling, Estimating, Engineering and management, Serge provides a wealth of industry knowledge and team building experience. His love of the industry and the people around him are reflected in his work, the relationships he maintains, and the services provided to loyal clients that keep coming back. Serge will insist that none of that could happen without the amazing, talented team members that have surrounded him over the years and continue to do so in making this business thrive.
Trim-Line Moncton
In 1979, Trim-Line Moncton was brought to life by the previous owner, and has since changed ownership just once. The change in ownership has transitioned internally through employee growth and coaching. As of January 1st, 2022, long time Trim-Line employee, Serge Aucoin, became the new owner and operator of the Moncton business. Straight out of design school, he started in the industry in 2000 with a Nova Scotia sign company. Within just 3 years, he took his ambition and commitment to new heights by applying them to new opportunities as he joined 3M Trim-Line under the ownership of Motion Graphics Limited (Previous Owner). From 2003 to 2021, he added to his Graphic Designer position with production, IT, scheduling and customer service, to later become General Manager by 2009. In 2017, he completed the 3M Preferred Installer certification course, which provides our customers with confidence that they are getting the best quality, best price and best turn around time for their vehicle and fleet graphics. Throughout his career, he created and maintaining many industry relationships, and promises to continue to do so as a member of the Trim-Line Moncton team.
The team, with more than 100+ years of combined experience, continues to provide the excellent service Trim-Line Moncton has been known for since the beginning.
